Right next to the Werksviertel, in Anzingerstraße, just a few steps from our Atlas skyscraper, new residential space for Munich is being built on a 2,3-hectare area. Planned are around 500 units, divided into two apartment blocks and a residential tower. The heart of our planning is the tower, which is almost entirely built in glass, leading orthogonally to Anzinger Straße and engaging in an exciting dialogue with the other high points of the Werksviertel.
