To put on one's beer goggles
We used to have our office on Frundsbergstraße, near the Rotkreuzplatz. We would pass this place every day, with the eyes of an urban planner, an architect. It was clear to us: It cannot stay that way. We have come up with an imposing thing, to upgrade these inconsequential and joyless post-war and unambitious commercial buildings, with a beautiful surrounding. In addition to two framed vertical architectures, a fountain fed by an underground lake should bubble high in the centre of the square. Beer flows instead of water. Cheers.
