The site is located in the south of the city of Dachau, at the periphery of the Bavarian capital Munich. We developed the Masterplan of the area and is planning six out of the seven buildings, and one of the two parking houses. This newly developed urban center will consist of 90.000 sqm of high-end offices, as well as light industrial areas. The uniqueness of this development lies in its hybrid usage – light industrial halls on the lower floors, designed for the manufacturing trade, combined with high-end offices and innovative workspaces on the upper floors.
