What can be more important than saving lives? Nothing. At 140 Kistlerhofstrasse, we are creating a large space for the most important thing in the world. This is where the Bavarian Red Cross will move in with its rescue station, blood donor service and cooperation partners Mountain Rescue and Water Rescue, as well as the vocational school for emergency paramedics and nurses.
We have designed a multifunctional, adaptive architecture with a total area of 24,000 square metres.
The three-storey underground car park with a further 12,000 square metres has a ceiling height of four 4 metres on one floor so that the rescue vehicles can be optimally accommodated.
Particularly congenial architecture! With a façade made of photovoltaics, which converts solar energy into solar power, and a supporting structure made of wood on the upper floors, our lifesaver is also a CO2-neutral building.
